A 3-tier wedding cake for a wedding in Temecula, California. The bride and groom requested a dessert spread. The couple chose our signature “Gansito” cake. It was a Vanilla Cake with Strawberry Compote and Cream topped with Chocolate Ganache. The cake was paired with delectable Chocolate Cake Truffles and Caramel Alfajores Cookies.
